Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Importism ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Importism is a product of Infinite Rectangles.

Description of Service

Importism is a data integration service that allows you to connect data sources (such as Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, and others) to Google Sheets. We fetch data from your configured sources and write it to your designated spreadsheets according to your sync schedule and column mappings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring you have the right to connect any data sources and access the data you sync
  • Complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect (e.g., Google, Stripe, Shopify)
  • Using the Service only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could harm the Service or other users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual Property

Importism and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Infinite Rectangles and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SOURCES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPORTISM AND INFINITE RECTANGLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
