• Provide, operate, and maintain the Importism service
• Fetch data from your connected sources and write it to your configured Google Sheets

Data Handling

Your business data (e.g., transactions, orders) flows from your data sources through our systems to your Google Sheets. We process this data in transit and do not retain it beyond what is necessary to perform each sync. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services to provide our functionality. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google: For authentication and Google Sheets API access. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, etc.: Data sources you connect. Their policies apply to the data they hold.
• Plausible Analytics: We use Plausible for privacy-friendly website analytics. No cookies are used for tracking.

Data Retention

We retain your account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Sync logs and error reports may be kept for a limited period to support debugging and service improvement. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it
